Year 5 Curriculum Map

In September our Theme will be WW2 were we will be learning about the countries involved in the conflict, the leaders of the countries and where these countries are within Europe. We will look at the Blitz and what life was like in Britain during this time, as well as beginning to understand about the Holocaust and what this was.

Our science topic will be about space, we will learn about our solar system and investigate different theories about the universe.

PE day will be on a Friday this half term. Please ensure that children come to school in full, school PE kit- a plain white t-shirt and plain navy blue or black shorts or jogging bottoms/ leggings and a jacket.
